CCO is a systematic process that bridges the gap between construction and process operation. The controls check out process accepts completed items and systems from construction. It then prepares them for turn over to operations for commissioning by inspecting each item against a custom checklist. The power of the CCO system is in the clear visibility of what aspects of our clients' processes are ready for commissioning - system by system, subsystem by subsystem, and item by item. More importantly, it indicates deficiencies. This clarity enables focused attention to specific areas and provides the ability to stage commissioning and deficiency remediation to minimize startup time and maximize production.
